Pastor Rachelle Bell is a naive of New Iberia, Louisiana where she hold the Asst. Pastor position at the Kingdom Vision Ministries, which is under the leadership of Pastor Maxine Williams.
Bell's mission is to serve and please God while creating safe spaces for girls and women to grow, heal, and discover their purpose in life while building a relationship with God through Christ Jesus.
